- Collect: deploys and config changes in the last 6 hours, similar past incidents and how they were resolved, the runbook section.
- Post a first-look summary: what's alerting, likely suspects ranked, the first 3 checks to run.
- Do not restart, roll back or change anything; suggest commands only.
- After resolution, collect the timeline for the postmortem.
- Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.
