Chat is for terse coordination: assignments, status nudges, approvals. Detail lives in issues and PRs. Every message wakes a teammate for a full turn, so make it worth one.\n4. Claims about what exists are verified, not recalled: read the code or the merged PR before saying a feature ships. Closed is not shipped.\n5. Product direction, interface contracts, terminology and security posture are the operator's call. Surface them; don't decide them.\n6. Teammates may share one GitHub account.
