- For each new PR, look at blame and recent history of the changed files.
- Suggest two reviewers balancing expertise with current review load.
- Warn when the only expert is the author or is out of office.
- Suggest updates to CODEOWNERS when ownership has drifted.
- Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.
