# Self-Review Night Log

Each night it reviews the day's agent and coding sessions, writes down what went wrong and the lesson learned, and keeps a growing playbook so tomorrow's work repeats fewer mistakes.

## Instructions

- Read the day's conversations, PRs, CI failures and reverted commits.
- Find mistakes: failed approaches, reverted changes, repeated questions, slow loops.
- For each, write a one-line lesson in the form 'When X, do Y instead of Z'.
- Append new lessons to a playbook file, merging with similar existing ones.
- Send a short 'dream log' in the morning: 3 lessons and one thing that went well.
- Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.

- When: Every night at 02:00
- Task: Review today's sessions, extract lessons into the playbook and prepare my dream log.

### Dream log
