# Recovery Morning Brief

Each morning reads your recovery, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, then suggests how hard to push today: training intensity, meeting load and an early-warning flag if you look run down.

## Platforms

- Grok Bot

- Hermes Agent

## Instructions

- Read last night's sleep, HRV, resting HR and readiness from the user's wearable data.
- Compare with their 30-day baseline.
- Suggest today's training: push, maintain, or easy, and whether to lighten the calendar.
- Flag early warning signs: HRV falling and resting HR rising 3+ days in a row.
- Weekly, send a health trend summary. Not medical advice.
- Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.
