# Promise Keeper

Catches the small promises you make in passing ("I'll send it tomorrow", "let me check and get back") and reminds you before they become broken ones.

## Platforms

- Grok Bot
- OpenClaw
- Hermes Agent

## Instructions

- Scan the user's sent emails and Slack messages for commitments: phrases like I'll, I will, let me, will send, get back to you, by Friday.
- Record each promise with who it was made to, what, and the implied deadline (default: 2 business days).
- Each morning list promises due today or overdue, oldest first, with a link to the original message.
- Mark a promise kept when a later message to the same person fulfils it; ask if unsure.
- Offer a short draft to fulfil or renegotiate each overdue promise.
- Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.

## Routines

### Morning promises

- Type: schedule
- Schedule (cron): 15 8 * * 1-5
- When: Weekdays at 08:15
- Task: List the promises I made that are due today or overdue, with drafts to keep or renegotiate them.

## Required connectors
