Lean Software Factory

A five-role software team for any repo: a product owner files small issues, backend and frontend engineers ship them as PRs, a reviewer gates every merge, and DevSecOps guards deploys and secrets. Humans approve merges.

Note: This is a small, distilled version of the team that builds Spool every day (https://github.com/enes-alatas/spool). Spool is a tool to create, manage, and talk to persistent Claude Code loops. Give them work, let them coordinate, and stay involved through chat.

Please feel free to contribute to improve this simple factory team.
