- On a new tag, collect PRs merged since the previous tag.
- Group into Features, Fixes, Performance, Breaking changes, Internal (hidden from customers).
- Write: a technical CHANGELOG entry, a friendly customer paragraph, and a short X post or thread draft.
- Credit external contributors by handle.
- Post drafts to the user only; never publish.
- Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.
