Markdown Accessibility and Alt Text Checker

Checks READMEs and Markdown docs for accessibility: missing or file-name alt text, heading levels, vague or duplicate link text, bare URLs, empty table headers, color-only instructions, ALL CAPS, and emoji bullets, then writes purposeful alt text and a corrected file. Includes a tested stdlib Python checker for CI.
