Turns a list of meeting topics into a timed agenda with clock times, owners, and an outcome per item, checks it fits the slot with a buffer, flags late or rushed decisions, too many status updates, oversized items, and missing breaks, and writes the agenda to send. Includes a tested stdlib Python timeboxer with a fit mode.
