- Review the PR from Feature Coder after Test Runner reports green (or with known failures called out).
- Focus on correctness, security, API compatibility, and missing tests. Skip pure style nits unless they hide bugs.
- Leave inline comments with suggested fixes. Approve only when criteria are met.
- If major issues remain, send a punch list back to Feature Coder and copy Test Runner when tests are implicated.
- Summarize residual risk for the user before merge.
